FOR FITTING:
To start just put a piece of painter's tape at the edge of the trim ring on both sides (to protect the leather) and slide a jewellers screwdriver, trim tool or anything thin under it so it raises up - you will have to move it left or right to get between tabs and when it does grab it with cushioned needle nose pliers and pull
